I’m a big WhatsApp user, I use it to provide daily support for my clients, I love a voice note, and it’s a really easy way for me to send little videos to my clients to show them systems shiz if and when they get stuck.

But did you know, you can use WhatsApp on your desktop? This was a revelation to me last year and it’s made life a whole lot easier for keeping tabs on work conversations and sending links and attachments while I’m working.
